Terms of Service

MFOS is provided as a beta release. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We recommend keeping your own copies of anything important.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. Household adults are responsible for the profiles and information they add about household members, including children.

You agree to use MFOS only for lawful, personal household organization. You will not misuse the service, attempt to access other households’ data, disrupt the service, or upload content you do not have the right to store.

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and display that content back to you and your household so the service can function. You are responsible for the content your household adds.

You may stop using MFOS at any time and can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your login and your personal (single-member) household data; shared households you belong to remain available to their other members.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MFOS and its providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app.
